Rio Linda High School Reviews
Rating 3.64 out of 5 447 reviews
The best part of my high school experience so far is winning league championships for basketball and flag football! Another is being in AVID and going to a new college campus every year to help us get the resources we need and prepare for what college life looks like. One of my worst parts of my experience are some of the teachers, some are very friendly, helpful and caring. Others aren't and you can see they don't want to see their students succeed. I have a history teacher who never gives students an A just because, and she does it purposely. I would like to see the cleanliness of our classrooms and bathrooms improve. The floors always leave residue on my backpack.
My school was a good, decent place where I had the chance to grow both academically and personally. I enjoyed my time there because it offered so many opportunities to get involved. I participated in various activities that allowed me to explore my interests, develop new skills, and connect with others. Academically, I felt supported and encouraged to push myself, which helped me stay motivated. Whether it was joining clubs, helping with events, or simply engaging in class, I felt like I could contribute and make the most of my experience. It truly shaped me in a positive way.
Rio Linda High is a school where students from various backgrounds get a chance to connected and understand each other, which is a good thing . Although diversity is important, this schools lacks in preparing the students from college readiness.
